Its a recurring payment but you can cancel whenever you may need, Plus its only $15/mo for the first 60 days! After 60 days the program will go up to $20/mo. So for $30 you can get 60 days of mobility movements ans corrective exercises to improve our exercise performances.
The basis of Mobility training is to:
1)improve the mechanics of your body to avoid positions that result in pain(such as a vertical torso in the squat or the ability to get your shoulders back on the snatch.)
2)improve your recovery! Come in to training sessions feeling refreshed, instead of hitting it hard only on Monday’s and having a week full of sub-par training because you were unable to reclaim positions towards the end of the week that you had at the beginning.
3)Reduce risk of injury: do not wait till an injury happens to fix it, be proactive and take care of your body (you only get one after all). waiting to do mobility after you’ve injured yourself is like waiting to fix your car after its broken down when all you had to do was a little maintenance on it, and now its costing you a lot more and its going to be awhile before its the same again.
