I will explain the hows and whys of all that is involved with Flexible Dieting, as well as teach you how to set and adjust your numbers in order to fit your specific needs and your specific body. I will help all attendees come up with a set of beginning numbers for themselves, and of course… there will be local doughnuts on hand!
