Ok 2014 will be packed with educational opportunities to learn and grow as an athlete/human being! We will start with a Wegithlifting Seminar hosted at our gym by 2013 USA World Team Member and 2 time American Open Champion-James Tatum (Feb.1st), Nutrition 101 Clinic in February, Mobiltiy/Recovery Clinic in March, and our Battle of the Boro Event in May!
We will have additional information released about each event as the year continues. We do have PLANS for other events hosted at our gym throughout the year. When things get finalized I will release dates/times/cost.

What: Want to fine turn your Olympic Lifts?
Weightlifting Seminar with James Tatum! The seminar runs from 9:30am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break. We will begin the day by going over the snatch followed by lunch then clean and jerk. We will also cover assistance exercises associated with each lift. By the end of the day, the attendees will have a much better understanding of the positions, movements, and tempo as well as have increased confidence regarding the Olympic Lifts.
