If you get stuck three-fourths of the way up.This is due to weak glutes and hips. This is why we continuously hit glute bridges, GHR , pull-thoughs, and band good mornings. These assistance lifts pay huge dividends, as does simply learning to flex your glutes/butt. Most strong squatters are just hoping to get to 3/4 the way up so their strong glutes can take over!
