Hey Crossfitters, I just wanted to take a second and write about the author and creator of Crossfit Endurance Program—Brian MacKenize! Brian trains professional athletes, teaches seminars all over the world, and has competed in triathlon and ultra-endurance events. All the information that will be presented to you during Sarah Lyons’s Running/Endurance Seminar will be from the Crossfit Endurance Program and the book “Power Speed Endurance” A Skill-Based Approach to Endurance Training.
