Due to the amount of heats, the time cap for the lifts (barbell portion only) of WOD #1 has been decreased by ONE minute across ALL divisions/divisions.
Individuals: -Now 7 minutes to perform the Snatch and Front Squat (instead of 8 minutes) -Muscle-Up/Double-Under remains the same (2 minutes) -Total Time Cap is now 9 minutes (instead of 10 minutes)
Teams: -Now 9 minutes to perform the Snatch and Front Squat (instead of 10 minutes) -Muscle-Up/Double-Under remains the same (3 minutes) -Total Time Cap is now 12 minutes (instead of 13 minutes)
There will be plenty of equipment/space in the warmup area to prepare for the lifts before your heat.
